Submitting a request for a regulation statement - general
• Examination of the demand and arrears by the Finance and handing over to the citizen a list of arrears
• Installment of arrears in case of inability to pay
• Examination of the application by the regulation department
• Examination of the application by legal counsel
• Field inspection by the organization department, if required
• Collection of the affidavit application fee
• In the event of approval, the statement is issued by the Public Relations Department.
• Handing over the statement to the citizen
• Informing the citizen of the completion of the process
• Archive the request
